If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided once the service has been completed. We stand behind our work and offer re-cleans instead.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service
cost.
Any deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable but may be applied toward
a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
